Green Tea - A natural way to healthy life
Green tea:
Green tea is a great ayurvedic potion made by leaves of Camellia sinensis herbs which works phenomenal for skin, hairs, brain disorders, cardiovascular diseases and obesity. It is full of antioxidants, manganese, sodium,potassium,caffeine, riboflavin vitamin and lots of water, having 0% carbohydrate and fat.
How to prepare-
Take a cup of water, boil it, add a spoon of green tea leaves or powdered one, brew them for 3 minutes max. and then sieve it. A spoon of honey can be added for better test. Honey also have a effect on lowering fat of body. Daily a cup of green tea makes you feel lighter and full of positivity.
